Natural leather may display subtle variations in grain, texture, color, or small marks. These are inherent characteristics of the material and should not be considered defects.
To preserve the beauty of natural leather, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and excessive heat. If the product becomes wet, gently blot with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.
For nylon products, the fabric may be gently cleaned with a soft damp cloth. Avoid excessive rubbing or soaking, especially around leather trim.
Store your DORNER piece in a cool, dry place when not in use. Proper care will help preserve both the materials and craftsmanship over time.

Shipping
Shoes are made to order and require 10–14 business days for production.
Bags and small leather goods are ready to ship within 2–3 business days.
All orders ship via DHL.
USA: Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are calculated and shown separately at checkout.
All other countries: Complimentary shipping is available. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any carrier clearance or processing fees are not included in the purchase price and may be charged upon import. Depending on your country, these charges may be collected upon delivery or invoiced separately by the local customs authority or shipping carrier.
