Shipping
DORNER shoes are made to order and carefully crafted after purchase. Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for production prior to shipment.
Bags and small leather goods are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Orders within Asia are shipped from Korea via EMS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Orders outside Asia are shipped from Korea via EMS Premium (FedEx International Priority). Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Complimentary shipping is available on all orders worldwide.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order total and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
Returns
As all DORNER shoes are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dorner.com.sg
To protect the leather outsole, each pair is fitted with a thin protective film.
Please try on the shoes indoors without removing the film.
Items with the outsole protective film removed are considered worn and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns – Bags & Small Leather Goods
Bags and small leather goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer one size exchange per order under the following conditions:
• Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• Size exchanges are available for EU 38 and below only
A flat fee applies to cover return and re-shipping costs:
• USD $60 for orders shipped within Asia
• USD $100 for orders shipped to all other destinations
We recommend consulting our Size Guide prior to purchase to ensure the best fit.
Refunds
As DORNER shoes are made to order, returns are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Duties, taxes, original shipping fees, and any return-related charges are non-refundable.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties and taxes, incorrect shipping information, or failure to collect the parcel, all related shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. DORNER is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
